It is difficult to say what is impossible, for the dream of yesterday is the hope of today and the reality of tomorrow.   Robert H. Goddard
FRONTIER CARGO SHIP The concept - - With the growing development and commercialization of space in the early 22nd century, a demand arose for regular transportation of cargo to the various orbiting stations, habitats, and scientific outposts that have proliferated throughout the inner solar system.  The Frontier Cargo Ship was developed to fulfill this need and the many hundreds currently in service provide the primary means of transporting provisions and equipment to an ever-increasing off-world populace.  Although originally designed to move trains of modular, standardized cargo containers, it has occasionally been called upon to transport passenger pods. This scratch built model was fabricated of plastic tubing and machined ABS and acrylic, then detailed with styrene strips and select kit parts.  The various cargo containers are resin castings derived from detailed masters and RTV molds.
